Delivery Schedule

We will begin building your LEIF as soon as the purchase is made and the lead time is always noted on the LEIF product page. All products are hand-built at our headquarters by the sharpest engineers in Los Angeles, California. Please reach out to support@leiftechnologies.com if you have any questions or would like any updates throughout this process. LEIF does not cover any duties and taxes that are charged by our customers' local government agencies.

Warranty Policy

As of June 5th 2018, in addition to the 6-month warranty LEIFTech will cover any manufacturing defects for the following components for 2 years:

The warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes and impacts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to water. Wear & tear items such as belts, wheels and bearings are not covered and the warranty is nontransferable. To file a warranty claim, simply email support@leiftechnologies.com to receive a response within 24 hours.


The LEIF is the most versatile rideable on the planet, and we want our customers to ride and push the limits of the board without fear of repairs. Therefore, we took a different approach than every other electric rideable manufacturer – we built the LEIF to be easily repairable with simple tools.

The entire board can be disassembled with a handful of allen wrenches and screwdrivers. Repair parts can be sent by mail for easy swap by the customer, rather than waiting months to return the board for repairs.

Repair parts will be sold to customers by simply sending an email to chris@leiftechnologies.com and diagnosing any problem with our support team.

Return Policy

We accept returns on any unused product that arrive to our headquarter address below within 15 days of purchase date. Due to the nature of the product, LEIF cannot be returned after being ridden. LEIFTECH warrants goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use and service.
